    Hello DeReese!
I have the same issue and still waiting for my deposit of $1820 when the move out inspection was conducted on May 12th, everything went great, the inspector said that for what he had seen I owed anything and that I would have my deposit back with 3 business weeks (15 days I assume plus or minus). It is already June 27 and after a dozen calls they still don’t know. I talked to one person and told me that I was supposed to receive it last Monday, June 20th, that somebody will call me and the same this past Friday, and nothing, not a call not a deposit return! The local manager seems to be avoiding people because i was still waiting for her call this past Friday and as of this morning nothing, a conference call was the reason. I am getting close to do the same, call my lawyer.

You won’t….They all disappear once you sign a lease and they don’t honor their agreements. People needs to be aware of how horrible this company really is. Their website is so misleading.
