Food

While locals may not rave about the pizza, as a tourist it’s all the rage! Deep-dish pizza is a must while in Chicago. Some of the top deep-dish pizza spots include Lou Malnati’s, Pequod’s, The Art of Pizza, and Pizzeria Uno. Be sure to check out a couple or all of these to compare. You will not be disappointed!

Night Life

Chicago is a unique and diverse city. Chicago itself is made up of around 77 different neighborhoods! Each area is a special and crucial puzzle in the making of Chicago. If you’re looking for a great view of the city, check out GreenRiver, a rooftop bar located on the 18th floor of a Northwestern medical building. If you’re looking for something a little more “low-key” with a great outdoor location, check out Small Bar in Logan Square.

 Downtown

If you’re looking to check out the city and all its views, there is no better way to go about this than taking the CTA (Chicago Transit Authority) train. This train makes a loop all through downtown, giving you the chance to check out all the sights. You will not regret this!

Lake Michigan

Your trip to Chicago would not be complete without taking a stroll along the Lake Michigan shore. Check out Lane Beach Park where you can take a dip or sunbathe on the sand with all the great city views.

Check out Navy Pier where you will find rides, food, and shopping. You can also check out Lincoln Park as it offers around 1,200 acres of land and attractions such as a zoo, a museum, fields, and picnic grounds.

As much as we hate to say it, you HAVE to check out some of Chicago’s most popular tourist sites. If you’re looking for one of the best views of the city, head over to the Willis Tower. This 108-story skyscraper features one of the best views of the city.

Lastly, you must see Cloud Gate, better known as The Bean. This sculpture is located in Millennium Park.
